Paul Smyth is a globally experienced executive leader with a track record of building high-performance organisations, scaling premium brands, and delivering measurable growth across the UK, Europe, Africa and Greater China. He has held senior leadership roles including Global Head of Sales Operations & Network Development at Aston Martin Lagonda (LSE: AML), Managing Director for Harley-Davidson South West Europe (NYSE: HOG), and President & CEO, Greater China for Ferrari (NYSE: RACE). As CEO of AuroraOX Discovery Ltd, Paul brings disciplined execution, governance-first leadership, and partnership-building to advance the company’s integrated mission in Women’s Health.

- Gayathri Delanerolle

Gayathri Delanerolle, is the Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of AuroraOX Discovery where she leads scientific strategy, evidence generation, and translational research across the company’s digital evidence-based medicine platform. She is an interdisciplinary chartered scientist specialising in women’s health, digital health interventions, and applied data science, with extensive experience designing large-scale, multi-country research programs and clinically validated assessment tools.

- Jian Qing Shi

Jian Qing Shi is Professor of Statistics and Data Science at Southern University of Science and Technology. He was a Professor of Statistics at University of Newcastle and a Turing Fellow of the Alan Turing Institute (UK). He is an internationally recognised expert in statistical modelling and machine learning, with extensive publications in leading journals including JRSS-B, JASA, Biometrika, and Biostatistics. At AuroraOX Discovery, he supports the development of robust, scalable and regulator-ready data science and AI methodologies for digital health and women’s health innovation.

Patient-Public-Liaison Lead
- Helen Douglas

Helen Douglas (PhD) is a former academic and Lead Forensic Practitioner. She retrained as a psychotherapist in 2018 and now runs her own private practice. Helen’s personal experience of surgical menopause lead her to engage with a variety of hormonal-health projects in the UK and across the global south, and she received a special recognition award in 2021 for her advocacy work in Nepal. Helen is passionate about improving the menopause landscape and continues to support projects aimed at addressing the gaps in both mental and hormone healthcare.
